Act 3 Younger’s family decided to move. Walter was sitting there and everyone was unhappy. Asagai came to help with packaging. Beneatha was questioning her thoughts of being a doctor. She did not believe she can help people. She did not want to talk about equality for African-American anymore. She started to complain and concern about human misery. Asagai told Beneatha that he wanted to go back to Africa and help people. He asked Beneatha to go back together, but Beneatha was not enthusiasm. Asagai left then. Walter was running from the bedroom and talked to Beneatha. Then he called Mr.Linder to invite him back to his apartment. Beneatha said Walter is not her brother anymore, but Mama still loves him. Later, Mr.Linder arrived. Walter talked to him powerfully and he said they are going to move to a new house. Mama was proud of Walter since he finally stands up to face Mr.Linder. Ruths agreed as well. Mama brought her plant with her and then left as the last person.
